Our games save your preferences and progress (like scores and theme choices) locally on your device. This data never leaves your device unless you use iCloud sync, which is handled entirely by Apple and governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.

Our web games use GoatCounter for anonymous, cookie-free page view counts. No personal data is collected.
Some of our iOS games may send small, anonymous, aggregated counts of gameplay events — for example, how many times a story or level was completed, or how many times a player tapped a reaction. These counts help us understand which content is fun and which isn't, so we can make the games better.
Feedback and story wishes are separate and are only ever sent when a player chooses to submit them through the in-app feedback form.
Our games are designed for children and families. We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children under 13 (or any age). Because we collect no personal information at all, there is nothing to worry about.
Herman's Games contain no in-app purchases and no advertisements.
If we ever update this policy, we'll post the changes here. But honestly, our policy is "collect nothing" and we don't see that changing.
