None. Our games do not collect personal data. Specifically:

• No names, emails, or contact information collected

• No photos, camera, or microphone access
• No advertising or ad tracking
• No analytics that identify individual users

Local Storage

Our games save your preferences and progress (like scores and theme choices) locally on your device. This data never leaves your device unless you use iCloud sync, which is handled entirely by Apple and governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.

Third-Party Services

Some of our iOS apps may use:

• Apple iCloud — To sync game progress across your devices. Apple handles this data per their privacy policy.
• Apple TestFlight — For beta testing. Apple collects crash logs and usage data per their TestFlight terms.

Our web games use GoatCounter for anonymous, cookie-free page view counts. No personal data is collected.

Children's Privacy

Our games are designed for children and families. We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children under 13 (or any age). Because we collect no data at all, there is nothing to worry about.

In-App Purchases & Ads

Herman's Games contain no in-app purchases and no advertisements.
